Senior Social Media Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To build a scalable platform for collecting and processing publicly available data from social media, the full-time Senior Social Media Scraping & Automation Engineer will design web scraping solutions, develop browser automation, and integrate APIs, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web scraping solutions for social media platforms and websites
• Build browser automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to clean, validate, and enrich collected data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 4-8+ years of experience in Python development and web automation
• Expertise in web scraping technologies such as Playwright, Selenium, and Scrapy
• Strong understanding of social media APIs, including X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP
