Senior Social Media Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to co-own social strategy and execute across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own social strategy, including channel strategy, content pillars, and campaign planning
• Fully execute content creation, publishing, campaigns, and ongoing optimization
• Create social-first content, especially short-form video, and lead social campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or app
• Proven ability to grow and engage audiences on Instagram and TikTok
• Strong creative instincts and hands-on content production skills
• Experience owning campaigns from idea through execution and analysis
• Based in Southern California (Los Angeles preferred)
