Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in managing social media channels and community programs for B2B or SaaS technology brands
• Proven ability to execute multi-channel social strategies that drive measurable outcomes
• Experience managing social media across multiple brands while maintaining distinct brand voices
• Demonstrated ability to implement AI-driven workflows for content production and analysis
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics platforms and experience with visual asset creation tools
