Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end organic social strategy, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will drive performance measurement, content development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and govern the organic social strategy across multiple platforms, establishing KPIs and performance frameworks
- Lead the development of social content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and community management standards
- Oversee social performance measurement, delivering insights and recommendations to marketing leadership for continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in social media strategy and digital marketing, with a focus on organic social ownership
- Proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement at an enterprise level
- Advanced analytical skills to translate social performance data into strategic insights
- Extensive experience in developing social strategies across multiple platforms and audience segments
