Job Summary
Leading the consumer social media function for GuideWell, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will architect and govern the enterprise-level social media strategy, ensuring consistent and compliant execution across multiple brands while focusing on connecting social investment to business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the enterprise social media strategy, governance, and platform portfolio management
- Design and implement content architecture and publishing standards for consumer social channels
- Build and lead community monitoring, response operations, and issue management frameworks
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive social media experience, including leadership of enterprise-level consumer social programs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Proven ability to connect social media investment to business outcomes through measurement frameworks
- Expertise in designing and leading enterprise social media governance frameworks
- Experience managing social media response operations at scale, preferably in a regulated industry
