Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end organic social strategy, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will drive platform presence and performance measurement across various channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and manage the organic social strategy across multiple platforms, establishing KPIs and performance frameworks
- Lead the development of social content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and maintaining community management standards
- Oversee social performance measurement and optimization, delivering insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
Required qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing with senior-level ownership of organic social
- Proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement at an enterprise level
- Advanced analytical skills for translating social performance data into strategic insights
- Extensive experience in developing social strategy across multiple platforms and audience segments
