Job Summary

Leading the company's social media strategy and community engagement, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will manage content creation and online presence across various digital platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Crunchbase's day-to-day social media presence and develop an editorial calendar aligned with company priorities
• Execute community engagement strategies across relevant online platforms, including Reddit and G2, to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics to continuously optimize social media and community strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content marketing
• Proven portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple platforms with strong editorial instincts
• Hands-on experience with video production and content creation tools, including AI-powered tools
• Strong understanding of online communities and audience engagement strategies
