Leading the strategy and execution of social media presence, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will define and implement comprehensive strategies across major platforms, guiding content direction and optimizing performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook
• Analyze performance data to optimize posting cadence, content formats, and audience targeting strategies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple social platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
• Experience managing and mentoring social media teams
