Senior Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and growth-oriented, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will build and ship content daily across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts, leveraging AI tools to enhance output while working remotely or from the Dubai office, requiring fluency in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship content daily by cutting shorts/reels, writing hooks and captions, and posting directly
• Own all aspects of social media channels, including content calendar management, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Proactively test and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and follower growth

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to produce and showcase a portfolio of successful social media content
• Experience using AI tools like Claude for editing, captioning, and automating processes
• Comfortable on camera or directing talent as needed
• Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
