Hands-on and results-oriented, the full-time Senior Social Media Strategy & Growth Manager will lead cross-functional projects, turning broad priorities into executable plans and driving brand growth across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn broad priorities into clear project plans with owners, timelines, deliverables, and success measures
- Own selected initiatives from initial concept through launch, optimization, and handover
- Develop and execute expansion plans for GAMURS brands across various social media platforms
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience growing organic audiences for social-first media brands
- Strong experience across multiple platforms, ideally Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
- Proven ability to turn loosely defined ideas into functioning projects and measurable outcomes
- Experience launching new social brands, accounts, platforms, or content formats
- Strong understanding of internet culture, entertainment, gaming, and trend-driven publishing
