Job Summary

Owning the execution of Wellhub's social media strategy, the full-time remote Senior Social Media Manager will create platform-specific content, manage the US editorial calendar, and develop influencer programs to enhance brand presence across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Localize and operationalize the US social media strategy with regionally relevant content plans
• Concept, script, shoot, and edit content optimized for various social media formats
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep Wellhub culturally ahead in social media

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in B2C or lifestyle brands
• Fluency in US social culture, humor, and trends
• Experience in video content creation, including planning, shooting, and editing
• Strong organizational skills for managing calendars, workflows, and reporting
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
