Senior Social Media Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Social Media Project Manager will support the Communications department's social media strategy, manage project workflows for various communications initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to plan and execute social media initiatives and campaigns
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, establishing timelines, deliverables, and communication plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum across social media and marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in social media project management or a similar role
• 2+ years of experience working remotely with a distributed team
• Experience using Asana and Google Workspace for project management
• Strong project management skills, including prioritization and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with diverse communication styles and experience working across multiple time zones
