Job Summary

To support a growing marketing team, the full-time Senior Social Media Specialist will create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and foster community relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and curate engaging content for blogs and social media channels while collaborating with marketing and design teams
• Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and gather community insights for future strategies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in a non-profit or social impact context
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content across various formats
• Strong design and video editing skills to produce independent content
• In-depth knowledge of Buddhism and meditation-related topics
• BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
