Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist - Social Media (US, Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, publish and share engaging content that delivers on program objectives and builds/elevates the brand
• Measure key social media indicators and use analytics to assess engagement and performance
• Interact with the Global Engagement Center to respond to member questions and social media posts, and collaborate with business owners to manage reputation and coordinate actions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional experience with social and search platforms, with proven results impacting Key Performance Indicators
• Experience working with social media management tools like Sprout
• Prior experience working in a social media agency
• Marketing experience in education, membership/subscription business, or commercial sector
