Job Summary

Driving social engagement and community presence, the full-time Senior Social Media Strategist will manage the social strategy across owned channels like LinkedIn, engage in key B2B forums, and lead an employee advocacy program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy, focusing on content mix and publishing cadence
• Engage in priority community forums, facilitating discussions and gathering insights for the marketing team
• Oversee the employee advocacy program, recruiting contributors and measuring engagement effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B social media and community management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand and running an employee advocacy program
• Active participation in relevant online communities such as Reddit and B2B Slack groups
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows in social media management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
