Owning the social and audience strategy for a globally recognized beauty brand's YouTube channel, the full-time Senior Social Media Strategist will define strategic direction, analyze audience behaviors, and shape content calendars while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the YouTube channel, focusing on audience engagement and content performance
