Owning the digital footprint of a new daily live show, the full-time remote Senior Social Producer will create and manage engaging social content, moderate live chats, and analyze performance metrics to drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly identify, clip, and edit "must-see" moments from live broadcasts for various social media platforms
• Ideate and film original, social-first content that complements the main broadcast
• Moderate live chats and drive real-time audience engagement during broadcasts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social content creation with a proven track record in audience growth for sports or media brands
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and mobile-first editing apps, with basic filming skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their nuances
• Deep knowledge of sports culture and trends
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure while maintaining editorial judgment
