Job Summary

Experienced in B2B social strategy, the full-time Senior Social and Community Strategist will manage social presence on owned channels, engage in priority forums, and lead an employee advocacy program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and exploring additional channels
  • Engage in priority community forums, listening and providing insights back to the marketing team
  • Oversee the employee advocacy program, recruiting contributors and measuring engagement
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B social and community, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record of managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand and advancing social strategies
  • Experience running an employee advocacy program with measurable outcomes
  • Active participation in relevant online communities such as Reddit and B2B forums
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in social strategy execution
