Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and drive new sales, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will manage existing client relationships and identify new SaaS opportunities while working remotely with occasional face-to-face interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Increase client engagement and penetration within the existing client base while pursuing new sales opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and nurture relationships with assigned clients to identify additional sales opportunities
- Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as necessary
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong understanding of the Thryv product suite and industry knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software programs
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings (25% driving requirement)
