Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and drive new sales, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will manage existing client relationships and identify new opportunities in a remote environment, with approximately 25% of interactions occurring face-to-face.
Key responsibilities
- Increase client engagement and penetration within the existing client base while pursuing new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting
- Present additional sales opportunities to assigned clients based on their needs and execute operational processes with excellence
- Participate in sales meetings and training to stay updated on product offerings and sales strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute locally for face-to-face client meetings
