Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will nurture existing client relationships and pursue new sales opportunities, primarily working remotely with occasional face-to-face client interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients while identifying and securing new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting
- Present opportunities for additional sales and extended software usage based on client needs
- Execute defined operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as needed
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role managing the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and conduct effective sales presentations
- Valid driver's license with a 25% driving requirement and local residency within a one-hour commute of Harrisburg, PA
