Job Summary
To support a growing SaaS client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will engage with existing clients to enhance relationships and identify new sales opportunities, primarily working remotely with occasional in-person meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while pursuing new client opportunities to meet sales quotas
- Conduct sales presentations and engage in prospecting activities to identify and secure new SaaS clients
- Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as required
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations
- Must live locally to the job posting area with a valid driver's license for occasional travel
