Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will manage existing client relationships, drive new sales opportunities, and engage with clients both remotely and in-person while meeting predetermined sales quotas.

Key responsibilities
  • Increase client engagement and penetration within the existing client base while pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Present additional sales opportunities to assigned clients based on their needs and facilitate the onboarding of new SaaS clients
  • Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as required
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS role
  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
  • Strong understanding of the Thryv product suite and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive for client meetings approximately 25% of the time
