Job Summary

To drive client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will manage existing client relationships and pursue new sales opportunities, primarily working remotely with occasional face-to-face interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Increase client engagement and sales penetration within the existing client base
  • Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting
  • Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as required
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
