Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will increase client engagement and sales for existing software clients while also identifying new SaaS opportunities, primarily working remotely with occasional face-to-face client interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to nurture and grow sales opportunities
- Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting
- Execute defined operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings (25% driving requirement)
- Must reside within a 1-hour commute of St. Louis, MO
