Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will manage existing client relationships, pursue new sales opportunities, and conduct both remote and face-to-face interactions approximately 25% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Increase client engagement and penetration within the existing client base while identifying new sales opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and maintain operational processes for client and prospect engagement
- Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment with effective time management skills
- Valid driver's license and local residency within a 1-hour commute of Kansas City, MO
