Job Summary

To drive growth and client engagement, the full-time remote Senior Software Account Representative will manage relationships with existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales quotas through both remote and in-person interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Increase client engagement and penetration within the existing software client base while pursuing new SaaS clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and nurture relationships with assigned clients, identifying opportunities for additional sales
  • Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as needed
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS role
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience covering the full sales cycle
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and client engagement
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
