Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will manage relationships with existing clients, pursue new sales opportunities, and conduct client interactions both remotely and in-person approximately 25% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Increase client engagement and sales penetration within the existing client base while identifying new client opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and nurture relationships with assigned clients to promote additional software solutions
- Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as necessary
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong understanding of the Thryv product suite and ability to convey its benefits to clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings (25% driving requirement)
