Job Summary
To drive growth in the client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will manage existing client relationships, pursue new sales opportunities, and engage with clients both remotely and in-person approximately 25% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Increase client engagement and penetration within the existing software client base while identifying new client opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and nurture relationships with assigned clients to present additional sales opportunities
- Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role managing the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license with a 25% driving requirement and local residency within a 1-hour commute of Des Moines, IA
