Job Summary

To enhance client engagement and grow the SaaS client base, the full-time Senior Software Account Representative will nurture existing client relationships, identify new opportunities, and meet sales quotas while primarily working remotely with occasional face-to-face client interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, presenting opportunities for additional sales and extended software usage
  • Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting efforts
  • Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as required
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience in a full sales cycle role
  • Strong understanding of the Thryv product suite and industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software programs
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet a 25% driving requirement
