Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time remote Senior Software Account Representative will manage relationships with existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, and execute operational processes while participating in sales training and meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Increase Thryv's penetration within the existing client base and nurture client relationships
- Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting
- Execute defined operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building
- Must live locally to the job posting area and possess a valid driver's license
