Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time remote Senior Software Account Representative will manage relationships with existing clients, identify new sales opportunities, and meet sales quotas through a combination of remote and face-to-face interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Increase client engagement and penetration within the existing client base while securing new SaaS clients
- Conduct sales presentations and nurture client relationships through defined operational processes
- Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies and introduce product enhancements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience covering the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new software
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings (25% driving requirement)
