Senior Software Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Software Advisory Consultant with over 5 years of experience in financial analysis and commercial modeling, this full-time remote position will manage client engagements involving enterprise software and cloud solutions, developing actionable insights and financial models to optimize software investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial, pricing, and commercial models to support enterprise software investment decisions
• Analyze complex datasets to identify financial drivers, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Support commercial negotiations and evaluate software provider proposals through detailed financial analysis and benchmarking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related quantitative disciplines, preferably in technology or consulting environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality analytical work in a client-facing environment
• Demonstrated experience in translating complex business questions into structured financial analyses
