Senior Software Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Programming Analyst (TIC - Software Development Retainer).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic advice for the analysis, design, development, improvement, and monitoring of technological solutions
• Lead training initiatives and respond to incidents in institutional technological systems
• Research and implement emerging technologies and propose UX/UI improvements

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is required
• Master's degree in the mentioned areas is preferred and may substitute some years of required experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development and/or database management
• Experience in modern full-stack development and agile methodologies is required
• Proficiency in Spanish and intermediate knowledge of English is desirable
