Senior Software Application Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Information Systems Software Application Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform software application troubleshooting across various layers including Application, Database, Network, and Integration
• Lead automation of tasks and service requests while developing action plans for improving SLAs
• Document and standardize processes, and develop expertise in business applications and integrations

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Application Development
• 8+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues on the Salesforce platform end-to-end
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application integrations such as Salesforce, Apttus, and MuleSoft/SnapLogic
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
