Senior Software Architect

Job Summary

To support the development of next-generation data center platforms, the full-time Senior Software Architect will design and implement innovative communication technologies for Deep Learning and HPC workloads, focusing on performance improvements and scalable software solutions, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and identify bottlenecks in current communication systems to enhance performance
• Design and implement new communication technologies to accelerate AI and HPC workloads
• Build proofs-of-concept and conduct experiments to evaluate and drive innovations in GPU cluster performance

Required qualifications

• M.S./Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of relevant experience in software architecture and development
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and debugging
• Experience with parallel programming models and communication runtimes such as MPI, NCCL, and NVSHMEM
• Strong understanding of operating systems, network architecture, and communication scaling for AI and HPC workloads
