Job Summary
Providing technical leadership in the design and development of an event-driven platform, the full-time Senior Software Architect will evolve messaging capabilities using Golang, Apache Kafka, and Kubernetes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable event-driven services and messaging platform capabilities
- Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems and establish engineering standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate event-driven capabilities across the platform
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with production software systems
- 5+ years of Golang development experience in building production applications
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka and designing event-driven architectures
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application architectures
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
