Senior Software Architect (CJIS)

Job Summary

To drive cloud-native modernization and AI integration across multiple products, the full-time remote Senior Software Architect (AI & Cloud) will define and own the architecture for C# services, lead monolith decomposition strategies, and design AI orchestration pipelines while collaborating with various product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the cloud-native architecture for C# services, APIs, and containerized workloads running on AWS EKS
• Lead monolith decomposition strategies, identifying bounded contexts and creating incremental extraction plans from legacy systems
• Architect migration paths for legacy UI systems to modern SPA frameworks while ensuring coexistence strategies for incremental migration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem, including 3 years in an architecture role across multiple teams
• Proven experience in decomposing monolithic applications into distributed, cloud-native services
• Deep experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization
• Strong AWS cloud architecture experience with a track record of designing and deploying production systems
• Hands-on experience migrating legacy applications to modern SPA frameworks like Angular, including coexistence strategies
