Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Analyst, Software Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve tickets in the ServiceNow queue for efficient issue resolution
• Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles for internal reference
• Ensure compliance with Software Asset Management policies and support license renewals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Asset Management
• 2+ years of audit/compliance experience
• Professional certifications such as CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data visualization tools
