Key Responsibilities

• Create clear and concise business and agile requirements
• Translate operational needs into agile software requirements and present solutions
• Coordinate with IT teams and manage project releases post client testing signoff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior experience in Agile teams with a focus on business requirements
• Four-year degree in business or computer science
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS software Business Product Analyst in the insurance and claims industry
• Understanding of SQL server language for data analysis
• Scrum certification is a plus
