Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer 5 to lead software architecture and development for Database-as-a-Service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Define specifications for significant new projects and develop software according to those specifications
• Perform professional software development tasks associated with designing and debugging software applications or operating systems
• Take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software design and development experience with distributed, highly-scalable environments
• Experience with Cloud-native infrastructure APIs and developing REST APIs
• Advanced experience with Java, C, C++, and strong experience with Python
• Knowledge of server virtualization technologies and database management systems
• Experience with Cloud Networking & Security architectures
