Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design, transition, and operation of billing applications
Provide operational support and enhance payment capabilities using mainframe and distributed technologies
Participate in modernization efforts and on-call rotation for 24x7 billing services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field with a minimum of four years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED with completion of a technical training program and at least four years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of six years of relevant experience in software design and programming
