Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Software Developer to provide technical leadership for web application development in the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, design, and scaling of a new web application
Collaborate with internal and external development teams to enhance user experience
Drive internal efficiency and contribute to the organization's health plan initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a SaaS or similar fast-paced development environment
At least 3 years' experience in insurance or financial technology preferred
BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus
Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Proficient in database architecture design and version control (Git)
