Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design, coding, code reviews, and integration for enterprise applications
Guide PoCs and pilots from concept to scalable, production-ready implementations
Mentor developers; enforce coding standards, test automation, and quality gates

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a senior/lead role
Proven delivery in Agile environments with CI/CD and DevSecOps
Experience modernizing or integrating legacy systems into cloud platforms
Advanced experience with AI/ML integration preferred
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
