Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on backend or platform initiatives
• Deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and highly available distributed systems
• Strong architectural skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs and define technical direction
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives from concept to production rollout
• Proficiency in container-based deployment technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
