Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Developer, Operations Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate techniques combining heuristics with optimization and translate supply chain use cases into mathematical models
• Lead the design and implementation of mathematical models and develop comprehensive test plans
• Collaborate with agile team members to accelerate the SDLC using innovative AI applications while ensuring code quality

Required Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of software development experience with a track record of delivering commercial software
• Proficient in C++ and familiar with object-oriented design and design patterns
• Experience in creating mathematical models for optimization problems and knowledge of commercial solvers (Gurobi, Xpress, CPLEX)
• Ability to design and maintain automated test scripts for various testing types
