Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer Sr to create next-generation Human Capital Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire software lifecycle including design, development, testing, and support
• Collaborate with product owners and design experts to deliver functionality
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers

Required Qualifications

• Experience with C#/.NET and modern .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET 6+)
• Proficiency in building production UIs with JavaScript, particularly React and TypeScript
• Strong SQL skills, including performance tuning and transactions
• Experience with cloud technologies, Docker containers, and CI/CD practices
• Understanding of security fundamentals, particularly OWASP basics
