Job Summary

Senior Software Developer, responsible for leading software development efforts in a full-time role, utilizing various programming languages and tools to create, test, and implement software applications while adhering to Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development efforts of the team and mentor junior developers
• Review requirements, develop accurate estimates, and resolve ambiguities
• Develop well-structured code, thoroughly test it, and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship and an active DOD Secret Clearance
• Level 1 or higher IAT Certification (e.g., A+ CE, Security+, CCNA-Security)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with development tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience
