Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Software Developer for a full-time position focused on creating innovative Human Capital Management solutions, where the candidate will engage in the entire software lifecycle including design, development, and support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support workforce management solutions that enhance efficiency in time tracking and employee scheduling
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Collaborate with product owners and design experts to envision and implement new functionalities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET, including modern .NET versions and object-oriented principles
• 2-3+ years of experience building production UIs using JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and TypeScript
• Strong SQL skills with experience in query tuning and transactions using SQL Server
• Practical experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD practices, particularly in Docker and major cloud platforms
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and security fundamentals, including OWASP basics and authentication protocols
