Senior Software Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Software Developer with hands-on experience to lead development on the IP phone configuration server in a primarily remote role, requiring occasional office visits, focusing on SIP telephony, server technologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze phone configuration documentation and create integration specifications for Call Server requirements
• Implement and validate changes to support new and updated phone models
• Create and maintain technical configuration guides for internal development, QA, and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced server-side development experience in Java 8 or greater
• Strong Linux server development experience (Nginx, Tomcat)
• Solid understanding of network programming (sockets, TCP/UDP)
• Experience using Wireshark or tcpdump for network analysis
• Understanding of IP Security principles including certificates and TLS
